Theresa Blasse-St. Clair is a graduate of the University of the West Indies (Mona) where she graduated with a BSc Degree in Management Studies.  She is a teacher by profession and recently received a Diploma in Teaching.  She is a strong advocate for preserving the culture and heritage of Saint Lucia for future generations.
